No, it is not necessary for you to have a bank account with our bank. You can simply go to any bank branch in your city and deposit cash to our bank account.

What is the Process for E-Currencies Purchase ?

There are few simple steps that you have to follow -

1. Place a Buy Order at the site .
2. Our staff will check your order manually ( 15 minutes to few hours ) for details and send you payment details via email to make payments.
3. After the payment is made by you, email us the confirmation.
4. After payment verification we will send e-currency to your account as per details given in the Order Form. Our Email Quote always have price for express and normal order processing.

Mostly, we update our site rates few times a day based on our E-currency stock and market conditions. We Quote final price in our email reply for all orders. NOTE :: Everyorder has Minimum fee of Rs 400 above forex price so small order will cost higher.

How Long it takes to complete the order ?

Most of the Normal orders are Processed in 12-24 Business hours (One Business day has 12-14 business hours only), If you need the urgent processing then you should opt for Express Order.

What is Express Order ?

Express Orders are processed same day with in few business hours of receiving the payments but you have to pay Extra Fee of 1.0% or USD 2 (Two) which ever is higher.

Strictly NOT Allowed. We allocate Bank account for every order manually, If you depsoit to our bank account without asking us you will forfiet the amount.

What is the minimum amount I can Trade with your company ?

It depends which country you are from, Minimum we trade for any e-currency is 50 USD in India. (From 25 to 49 usd is site rate for ecurrency Plus Rs 350 for every order). For exchange order between two currency there is no minimum amount limit to trade but minimum processing fee for any exchange order is 5 USD.

What payment mode are available for Selling E-currency to Ecurrencyzone ?
