Do I need to have a bank account for Cash Deposit to your bank account ?

No, it is not necessary for you to have a bank account with our bank. You can simply go to any bank branch in your city and deposit cash to our bank account.

Do you accept net transfer payment to your bank account ?

It is decided case to case basis, we may ask customer to submit the Photo ID proof and the bank statement screen shot to us for net transfer payments.

Do you purchase or exchange paypal ?

we can accept paypal at 25% FEE, Minimum Order 400 USD and Processing time 3-4 business days.

Do you purchase or exchange Moneybooker ?

we only sell moneybooker and we do not accept customers moneybooker funds unless he has purchased from us in the past.

4. We will verify your payment and send payment to your Desired e-currency as per details given in the Order Form.
5. Payments are made mostly same day of receiving the e-currencies, mostly it is completed with in hours of receiving e-currency.

Is the rates given at the site are latest ?

Yes, we update our site rates few times a day based on our E-currency stock and market conditions.

How Long it takes to complete the order ?

Most of the orders are Processed in 12-24 Business hours (One Business day has 12-14 business hours only), If you need the urgent processing then you should opt for Express Order.

What is Express Order ?

Express Orders are processed same day with in few business hours of receiving the payments but you have to pay Extra Fee of 1.0% or USD 2 (Two) which ever is heigher.

What payment mode are available for Buying E-currency from Ecurrencyzone ?

We accept payments via various mode like Bank Wire transfer to company account,Citibank GLobal Funds Transfer, Moneygram , Western Union , Local bank Deposits. Local bank accounts payment is available in Malaysia, Singapore, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Thailand only, more countries will be added soon.

I am a repeat customer, Can I deposit to your bank account direct used in previous order ?

Strictly NOT Allowed. We allocate Bank account for every order manually, If you depsoit to our bank account without asking us you will forfiet the amount.

What is the minimum amount I can Trade with your company ?

It depends on which country you are from, Minimum we trade for any e-currency is 50 USD. For exchange order between two currency there is no minimum amount limit to trade but minimum processing fee for any exchange order is 4 USD.

What payment mode are available for Selling E-currency to Ecurrencyzone ?
